Carlo Steven Krakoff, known professionally as "Carl Steven" (1974-2011), was a former child actor who had played Leonard Nimoy's characters as children twice, the voice of Freddie Jones in A Pup Named Scooby-Doo, Jamie in Fluppy Dogs, and Tommy Pervis in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.

Carl Steven qualifies as a villain because after he retired from acting in 1996, he supported his addiction to a medication by stealing, and in 2010, he committed arm robbery. For this, he was sentenced to thirteen years in a prison in Tucson, Arizona, where he did a heroin overdose and died from it before even one year could pass.
